Finalization
Menu should be confirmed 14 days prior to your event. Additions to guarantee accepted up to 48 hours in advance. You will be charged for the final guaranteed number, plus any additional guests.

Deposits
A deposit is required to hold the ballroom of your choice, and will be applied toward the final invoice.

Gratuities
All prices are subject to service charge and Ohio sales tax.

Linen and China
Color coordinated linen available at no extra charge. Skirting is supplied on all serving tables. Full china and flatware service.

Equipment
Microphones, podiums, lecterns, and easels available at no extra charge.

Insurance
Fully insured for liquor and product liability.

Bar Service
Full bar and beverage service available with professional bartenders.

Food Service
All food is prepared on premise by our professional staff, using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Off-premises Catering
Drop off, and full service catering available at your facility or home.

Payment
Payment for catering services must be paid two weeks (14 days) before function. We accept personal check, cashiers check or cash only for final payment.
